Impi Health are currently looking for Social Care Workers with post qualification experience in key areas; Initial Assessment, Child Protection, Case Management, Court Representation, Looked After Children, Intervention and related areas.

You will need to be registered with the GSCC (General Social Care Council), have an up to date police check, references that support your career path and a minimum commitment of 2 years to the role in the UK. Once interviewed, you will also have to pass an Occupational Health Unit check, however that is arranged through Impi Health.

If you are a UK-qualified social worker

If you have a qualification in social work from the UK you need to fill in the application form for UK-qualified social workers on the General Social Care Council (GSCC) website. Follow this link to see a list of qualifications recognised by the GSCC for registration.

If you were trained and qualified outside England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

If you have trained and qualified outside England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales you need to fill in the application form for internationally qualified social workers on the General Social Care Council (GSCC) website.

The online forms allow you to enter and save all the information necessary to complete an application ­ you can do it in stages ­ but it does have to be printed and sent to the GSCC by post because your application will need to be verified, endorsed and signed.
