1. What happens when I register with Impi Health?
Once you register with Impi Health, we will be your gateway to a vast network of agencies and employers. As we are affiliated with many of the leading recruitment agencies in the UK Health sector, it is unnecessary to register with any other agencies. We will obtain the necessary documents from you that are required to work in the UK, answer any queries that you have, and ensure that your transition to UK working life is as smooth as possible.
2. Should I take a temporary (locum) position or a permanent position?
This depends on your personal situation. On the whole, you will earn more £/hr whilst working as a locum. You are more flexible in terms of travelling and gaining experience in different work settings/locations. As for a permanently employed professional, you will earn less £/hr but have the added benefit of sick and maternity leave, various types of employee benefits, more secure paid holiday leave and better chances for promotion and being trained by the employer.

Tips for Health workers
Start your registration process with the HPC as soon as possible once you know you are going to seek employment in the UK.
Correspond with other friends/acquaintances who you know have successfully completed their registration. If you do not know any such person, feel free to contact us for a reference. In filling out the registration forms and supplying documents for the HPC, rather be too thorough than brief.
